Very efficient and friendly service!
Registration numbers in KZN have changed, and I thought I would update my vehicles on the app. I deleted the old vehicle first, and with that I deleted the tags. I phoned the help centre, and was served promptly, no waiting. A very friendly lady helped me efficiently and "recycled" the deleted tags without any issues. I received a confirmation email a couple of hours later. Very efficient and friendly service, well done!0 replies

Avoid this company!!!
If it was possible to give a negative score, I would. I ordered an OEM part and a cheap and nasty pirate part was delivered. Complete radio silence from onlinecarparts - they don't answer phones, whatsapp messages or emails. Bunch of ****mers. Or to be more correct, half-****mers. At least I got something.0 replies

Great products and back-up
The true measure of a company is how it deals with complaints. Flexopower’s products are excellent and I was surprised when a defect materialized. They tested the unit and replaced it without quibbling. 10/10 for service, very worthy of support. And the replacement unit was greatly improved, so they clearly believe in R&D.0 replies

Competent skills and excellent service
Key Soft coded new keys for my Jeep and the electric steering lock chose that moment to go on the blink in the locked position. Car was effectively immobile. No trouble to Key Soft, they removed the steering lock, reprogrammed the skeem to bypass the steering lock, and re-programmed the keys. Excellent service, highly recommended!0 replies
