Houss - 5ive On Thirteenth Lifestyle Aoartments Fairlands

Houss rentals on Thirteenth Ave Fairlands Badly managed complex. Management do nothing about complaints. The gardens are often littered with bottles and packets, the passageways in the blocks are dirty, litter everywhere and often goes days without being swept or mopped. After rain the water lies in puddles on the tiles in the passage ways and is very slippery., The underground garages are a joke. Residents weren’t 3 bedroom apartments and are told they are entitled to 2 underground parks often dnd up parking outside. Cars are left in the same underground park for weeks and sometimes months. The tires are actually flat and perished. Graffiti on the walls in the underground parking. It’s embarrassing to visit or received visitors in this ‘Lifestyle Estate’ .

Bad response Happy Pay

Happy Pay rep**** to my review today (6/1/2025) on Hello Peter and asked what emaill I used to contact them on a weekend as they cannot find a mail from me. I used their WhatsApp which was the only option I could find, which should be quicker but when I logged my query the reply I got was …… Please note our operating times…. ‘closed on weekends ‘. So them stating in their reply to my review that they do operate weekends is in direct contrast to their WhatsApp message. I had to wait until the Monday to ask them to reverse the incorrect double deduction. I can see by other reviews on the Hello Peter platform that i was not the only one that they double deducted in January 2025. Very very bad business practice. Definitely will not use them. I will now try Payfkex and Payjustnow .,

Happy Pay - not a happy customer at all

The first purchase I made using them went very smoothly. The order and the repayments. Their payments deducted on time…all good. End of December I purchase from a merchant and use Happy Pay but this time atrocious! My payment was supposed to be deducted on 25/1 and 25/2 (two equal payments) but they put through both payments at once. I contacted them on the next weekday following their error ( they don’t work on weekends) and asked them to refund my one payment as they had put through my card amount twice. Oh, they said, we had a system glitch and I will have to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund. I had to force an apology out of them! I did not have enough funds in my account to meet both amounts and my account went into overdraft - a facility I prefer not to use. If Happy Pay had their eye on the ball they would have noticed the error and not waited for me to report it. They only actioned the refund on day 2 - so if it takes 3 to 5 working days to get my refund it could be well over a week before I get my money back. Needless to say I will not be using them again. I hope their CEO sees this but they are usually the last to know.

Excellent service Classic Shirts

Placed my order for a Rugby World Cup 2023 winners men’s Springbok shirt on the 24th November 2023. Immediately received confirmation and invoice for my purchase. Their website stated it could take up to 40 days. On 5th December I received an email saying the item had been sourced. On 13 th December I received another email saying my item was in SA and had to go through customs etc. Then nothing…. I emailed them on the 20th December but did not receive a reply, so I assumed they had closed for the holiday season. On the 2nd January they emailed saying The Courier Guy had been informed to collect my parcel for delivery and I received my parcel on the 5th January 2025. It was exactly what I ordered…… Authentic product, correct size and professionally packed. Thank you Classic Shirts as this is a gift for my son living in Ireland who will wear it proudly! 5star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
