SHOCKINGLY BAD - Don't Bother!
If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would give it. Firstly the proof gets sent to the incorrect number. I sent numerous emails requesting an update, NO REPLY. Finally get a hold on the WhatsApp line just to learn they sent the proof to the incorrect number and didn't bother to follow up for the rest of the week. Had the proof sent to me. SPELLING ERROR even though the name was typed correctly when ordered on the website. Finally got a new proof and approved within minutes. Week and a half after placing order, if finally arrives via courier. Guess what... INCORRECT ITEM. I received someone else's order. Let the Malvern branch know. I'm still awaiting feedback. If you're looking for decent service is a reasonable timeframe, I suggest you stay FAR AWAY from Copy Magic.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Ordered, shipped & delivered in less than 24 hours)
FANTASTIC!! EXCELLENT!!! YES YES YES!!! I placed an order on their website & paid via Apple Pay. I immediately received an order confirmation via email (Thursday 21/12/2023 @ 12:10) By 13:27 the same day, I received an email update that my order has been shipped. They attached a tracking number as well as a website should you wish to track your order. I stay in an outline town in KZN so naturally, I expected the courier to take 2-3 working day. I was pleasantly surprised when the courier was at my gate with my order on Friday (22-12) @ 08:54. Order places, shipped and delivered in less than 24 hours! Great job Torch SA team! Keep up the fantastic service.
