Debi check mandate
I am very disappointed with Standard Bank. The Debi check mandate is not working. I have been to another for lending and a Debi check mandate was sent for Standard Bank to authorize, it has not arrived. I could see it on my app even online banking. It has been 2 days and it seems there is nothing they can do. The is no solution on what needs to be done.

Reimbur*****t of funds
I have sent a proof of payment that they need to reimburse me. I have been told I will receive the payment by the 2nd of April 2026, still now I have not received any. I called several times and was told the payment is being processed. Today I am told that the payment was made then it bounced, I do not know how is that possible. I am really disappointed at Bankmed.

Poor Service
My daughter got sick, and I had to take her to hospital. I paid cash for the doctor and admin. I have sent Bankmed the pop and they said it is not clear. I resend again and now they are telling me that I have to send the claim not the proof of payments. I do not understand, as I have sent the same before. This is not the first time they are doing this. It is battle to get the funds back from Bankmed, but I pay monthly with no hassle.

Bad service
I have made an online order for pick up at Ghandi square KFC on the 23rd of November 2023 at 09:51. I went to the store at around 11am to fetch my order only to find out there is load shedding and was advised to come back when the lights are back on. I went back around 1pm to fetch my order and found that there was a new shift and the lady I spoke with has knocked off and did not inform them. I had to log in and give my order number (111786) and my order was not found. I already paid online, and my account was debited. I then cancelled my order online and was advised they will get back to me, till now nothing. I am disappointed by the service KFC has offered and no one bothered to get back to me. It is disappointing for such a big company not to have back up power when there is load shedding.
