Absolute excellence
What a pleasure to have Jarryd and his team clean our unit for pre-occupation. The unit is sparkling clean and Jarryd's communication and service was outstanding. We will happily use his services again when our other unit needs a deep clean.

Queues Queues Queues
<p>This must be the fifth time i'm addressing this issue. Every time i am promised from management that they will definitely be solving the problem. The queues at the Pick n Pay Hypermarket in Northgate are ridiculous. On Sunday morning at around 10am there were only 7 cashiers that were operational and 2 were express queues. Needless to say the queues were extremely long with all of the cashiers. Why musy it take around a half hour to checkout!!! I've already walked around the shop loading my trolley for another half hour. I am tired now and stand in some long queue and then to my dismay we get to the cashier and she is definitely on a go slow blaming management!!!!! Really guys, what's going on in this shop. I have requested that they revise the queuing system to one queue, just like woolworths or Makro, where I might add I NEVER queue for a half hour!!! no matter how busy they are. There is ample space to do this and on doing this revamp the queues wouldn't interfere with the end of the ailes. Please guys for the last time...SORT THIS OUT. I have sent video to your Facebook page via private message and suprise, suprise I've got no response. I'm happy to email a Dropbox link for your viewing along with the 'go slow' cashier.</p>

Spam telemarketing calls!
<p>I am constantly getting calls from ********** claiming to be from Telkom. I have told them I'm not interested but they persist. They are annoying. I have tried to call back to complain but the number rings and then cuts off.</p>

Help...the queuing is horrendous
Hi. I have complained and moaned too long. When are you going to fix the queuing system at Northgate. It is horrendous, especially if you are a little physically challenged. The queues and chaos at the end of the ailses is too much. Please guys...how long is it going to take to fix this. Have you seen Makro and their effiecient queuing system even though they are extrememly busy!!! Do you guys care!!! apparently not.
