Great service, trustworthy supplier!
I bought 4x Sunwoda 14.1kw Batteries from thepowerstore.co.za. Philip and Bernadette offered great service and the best deal from all the companies I contacted. I was hesitant because it was over R100k but I entrusted them with my precious funds and they delivered my batteries today. Bernadette is friendly and communications are good and it was a great deal as I said the best deal on the internet.

Lost parcel and a battle to pay out claim
The Courier Guy is generally good but they delivered a parcel to the wrong address, the driver "could not remember where" and since then we have had a 2 month battle to have them pay for the lost goods. We have to chase them up every couple of days, they will not contact you in this scenario. The support team knows nothing and tells you to follow up per email and no one replies to emails. We have had our branch manager try to follow up and we are now almost 2 months later. They sent a mail saying they are paying the claim in 10-14 days but did not.

They use RAM so unfortunately that makes it a 1 start service.

Solomons, worst cycle shop in SA - AVOID!
2 Orders, both disasters. I waited almost a month for the first one, gave up and forgot about it. I tried again. 3 days later I get called saying items not in stock then unfortunately they use Bob Go and RAM couriers which unfortunately is the worst Courier services in SA. Rude employee, obviously don't need the business judging by his **** attitude. Pay back my money. Order SC#12290

RAM worst courier company in SA
Worst Courier Company in SA. There is no support, no communication, whatsapp support does not work, branches cannot be phoned, call centre waiting time 30+ minutes and most important of all - NO DELIVERY time and time again. AVOID AT ALL COST.
