Normally I don't have an issue with them However due to exams in March, I didn't connect the wifi. When I connected it this month, the was a network issue. I couldn't get in contact with anyone. The whatsapp channel was extremely slow. I missed an interview because I couldn't get connected faster. There should be an phone line. Where we can actually speak to someone and have the issue resolved on the phone during the call. Simple things take tonlong as the agent is dealing with numerous chats at once. Please note that the agent that helped me was great. No unnecessary questions. And I'm sure he worked as fast as he could. This is web africa that needs to improve the way they provide customer services
Jackie was absolutely great. His communication was clear and precise. I didn't have a problem understanding what he was saying even though he has a bit of an accent. He provided information to all of my questions as well. Hope my experience with dot.sure will be as great as it was signing up with him.
If I could give this no stars I will. National transferred me over to ADT since June 2023. Then started debiting me again from August. Spoke to so many people, sent emails like they asked. No response to emails. Spoke to a manager who said she will email back still nothing. I have lost over R1000 to National security that they don't want to refund. Absolutely pathetic that in these times when we can't afford to survive we have big companies *****ing money from us and thinks it's OK.
