Very professional and open about their processes, I had a reg flag on my name for almost 2 years I didn't know how to rectify this as it was done falsely by another company that's a story for another day, Labz Assist as the name say they Assist without hassle keeping me on loop about all the process , I can't thank them enough 😀 am free
