Having had 3 fairly successful 3-month subscriptions (Sep-Nov 2025, Oct-Dec 2025 & Jan Feb 2026), I renewed my subscription on 25 March 2026 but haven't been able login to Live TV on IPTV SA since then. Despite numerous WhatsApp messages and e-mails, they have totally ignored me and I am now trying to cancel my subscription. I would definitely not recommend the service to anyone. Don't be duped, they are *****ulent.
I reported *****ulent transactions to FNB ***** Division immediately after I realized I'd been ****med on Friday afternoon and went through the process of fereezing my Cheque account and canceling all cards, noticing that the transactions were marked as "Pending". However, after re-instating my account with new credentials at the FNB branch at Ferndale on Republic on Saturday morning, the transactions were released and debited to my account, taking it into overdraft which will incur costs. On further enquiry with FNB ***** I was informed that this is standard practice and that they could do nothing about it until their investigations, which will take at least a week, were complete and that they could not guarantee they would be successful in recovery of the *****ulent amounts nor of reversal of any costs debited to my account. I find this unacceptable. Has anyone any further light on such a situation?
