Do not trust CONSUMER GUARD!
Dont trust this company!!!!! If you are desperate to resolve your debt contact your bank directly instead of this ***** company! They ignore your concerns, dont answer calls once you have concerns. Also creditors will still contact you for funds once they take you on!!!!! Do not trust them!0 replies

Nedbank fordsburg has ZERO customer service skills
Nedbank fordsburg is seriously unprofessional. Upon arriving at the branch with 40mins to spare before closing time I experienced the most unhelpful customer service. As a client for over 20 years I have never experienced Service like this from them. They refused to assist me with re-activating my account. The blamed their systems for being unable to find my accounts on their side and when I requested to fetch my card just outside I was told I wouldn’t be let back in as it’s to close to closing time! I would strongly suggest no one banks with nedbank in the future. They have no concern for their customers.0 replies
