FNB Zero accountability

A lesson learnt, I wont be buying airtime from your app because there is zero accountability for when we dont receive the airtime. Your investigation takes forever to conclude even the you have everything there on my fnb app. On the 20th of Feb I bought airtime the money was deducted from my account but I never received it. The following day I bought it again same amount I received that one. Can I have my money back for my airtime bought on the 20th

Worse mistake depositing funds in my account. They truly don’t care if you’d like assistance, no one attends to you, no phone number to call and emails go unanswered. Its been a horrible couple of weeks and by the looks of things months.

FNB funeral cover is shxt

Fnb funeral is a ****. I didn't know I was gambling with my money when I took out the policy. I took out a funeral cover for my cousin and he was unfortunately killed and the guy who shot him has since been arrested there's an on going court case. How do you then take the word of the person who shot him and you deem him guilty of trespassing before the courts find him guilty. I want my money or the very least I want my premiums back. What you have done is very wrong, I want my money.

FNB Funeral Policy

I took out a FNB funeral policy last year and included my cousin. My cousin was shot dead and I then tried to claim, to my surprise my claim was declined. After submitting all the relevant documents, FNB then found a reason not to pay. I want all my premiums back and thank you for wasting my time. When we take up these policies with you, you don't mention all these t&c. But when it's time to pay you find all and any excuse under the sun. I am left feeling like I have just been ****med. I then requested the recording of when I took up the policy, the agent I spoke to never said anything about claims will be declined if a member is shot.
