Bring back the old Pronutro please

PLEASE bring back the original ProNutro. The new one smells strange, has a powdery, glutenous consistency, needs a whisk to mix it per the instructions, tastes weird. The package no longer says "what free and gluten free". The whole product has changed and is nothing like the traditional product

DISGUSTING!!!

NO internet ALL day. DISGUSTING, NON-EXISTENT "customer" service. Cannot get through to a live agent. Went onto "live chat" over 3 hours ago and get the following automated AI messages: "Please hold while we connect you to the next available agent. Still finding you an agent... Hang on we're nearly there... Hang on we're nearly there... Still finding you an agent... Someone is on their way soon for you... Someone is on their way soon for you... It's a busy day today! Please bear with us! Hang on we're nearly there... Still finding you an agent... Hang on we're nearly there... Someone is on their way soon for you... Hang on we're nearly there..." On and on and on..... ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. WE have no recourse. No-one to complain to. No-one to help. CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE!!!!

mweb is a nightmare

I can't give zero stars but it should be zero. The company continues to PREVENT ANY COMMUNICATION with the technical department. The ONLY HUMAN I got hold of was in SALES - and he put me through to their NON-EXISTENT technical assistance.

Shocking lack of service

Mweb used to have a customer service. Now they don't even let you email them for help. when you phone them, they put you on hold for so long that the day passes by and they still haven't answered. Then they say you can use their "Live Chat" which keeps you there with inane AI generated messages saying that someone is going to come to help you and various other one-liners to keep you waiting. Again, the day passes and you never get to speak even to a robot, never mind a real human being. My TWO problems are still unsolved and I still haven't been able to speak to or write to any consultant in the entire outfit. Shocking lack of service from mweb.

They never refunded me my money

They never did refund me the small balance left in my account when I closed it. It was just over R50.00. Not a lot. But they didn't refund it. They took it. Just letting people know. If Tyme keeps R50 for every client who closes their account, that is a lot of money for TYme.

Tyme Bank

Tyme Bank did eventually close my account. Many, many months after my initial request. At last. But the very small balance that I had was never refunded. It was just over R50.00 so it's not a big deal. But if they do this with every account that they close, it adds up.... I wrote to them more than once to ask them to send the refund and I provided what they needed, but have received no response and no refund. It's no longer worth following up, but this fact should be known to the public.

Not a pleasant experience at all.

Despite months and months and months of contacting customer service to ask them to close my account, and despite a promise each time to fulfil this request, this was not done. They suddenly started charging me fees out of the blue and I decided to close the account. Then I moved money from goalsave to my Everyday account so that I could take out all the money and close my account and got a message that it was unsuccessful. Now my goalsave and Everyday account reflect a zero balance. So my money has disappeared electronically. It wasn't much money, luckily. Something is not right with this company.
