Their consultants are rude😩 They can’t even address the solution properly but all they do is to close the chat on their WhatsApp
I made a payment upfront now I don’t any internet connection I’ve been communicating with the consultant but still got no help, I even sent the proof of payment to them
I requested for a refund since last week but the money haven’t reflected into my account 🤷🏾♂️
I have been reporting to them that I have a connection problem with my Wi-Fi router and I was told that I will be assisted with the problem from last week intil today, I haven’t received any call and help and I need to use my Wi-Fi because I already paid the Wi-Fi it’s been 7 days now [#ZF000B31D]
Game Westgate store manager Gherald is not treating the customers well and he can’t make a problem solving. They failed to assist me with Pay Just Now and the refund as well
