*********** and poor customer service
This collection company has been frustrating to deal with due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and unhelpful responses. They fail to properly address concerns and repeatedly provide vague or scripted answers without resolving issues. Despite being sent a paid-up letter confirming the account is settled, they continue to sit with the account as if it remains outstanding. Their disorganized processes and lack of accountability make the experience unacceptable.

Just after waiting for long time for verification of my account, my email if not allowed to login. What an inconvenience is slowing my progress.
