Paid Up Loan Resurfaced on my Credit Report. Please remove it!
May I please get my Paid Up letter. I settled an account and now that I am requesting a paid up letter Nissa Munsamy would not even respond to my emails. When you call the Durban office they transfer you to a unit that always drops the call. Please help.
Everything is a struggle yet I am not even registered. From Proforma invoice to Acceptance letter , now I am fighting for my Proof of Registration-My employer has paid - 3 weeks later I have nothing to show. Had I read all these reviews prior to my application, I would not have app****.
Paid up, now that they have to give me a Paid up letter -no one responds to my emails. Please send me a Paid Up letter and we go separate ways.
I settled my account with Bradlows in April but it still shows as an account in arrears. I don't what else to do. Anyone who knows what to do in such a case please advise.
27 April, I received an sms to settle my account to avoid it being handed over.I enquired about my balance and I was told to pay R7420 at the nearest Bradlows store. 29 April 2024,I settled the Bradlows account at Bradlows Empangeni. 7days later I received an SMS saying I was handed over. I called DMC the new collector and explained what happened, they told me they nothing to do with that I must go to Bradlows. Bradlows kept promising to attend to my query as they had escalated to some department. After a month, I went to Bradlows Randburg Square, they said it has been transferred to DMC.I even received an email, from their customer care saying it has been transferred. DMC still says pay us R8100 before you get your paid up letter. Worse part, DMC has added that account on my credit profile. 2months later I am still stuck with a bad profile and a missing deposit. Can someone please help me.
I registered for semester 2 in July but i am still waiting for my textbooks to be delivered. I called and emailed your offices so many times. This is really affecting me. I specifically chose to receive a printed versions of the manuals because I use the computer a lot at work. Now I also have to use the computer when reading just because someone, somewhere, did not do their job. This is really unfair
