Bad service from Kabelo
Just spoke to a Collection agent named Kabelo at about 08:06 on 22/08/2025. He is the worst consultant I ever spoke to, he is rude and shxt agent. While asking him a question he kept quiet and dropped the call.0 replies

SSDA are for shxt
This company is for ****. Their office hours claims to be 7am until 6pm however an entire day I could not get hold of an agent to assist instead they keep on dropping the calls. Their WhatsApp portal are just so shxt. Not effective at all.1 reply

Remove my Judgment at the Credit Bureau
Capitec Bank summons me with judgment due to default in payment back in 2020 however my account has been handed over to the attorneys to collect on my arrears and in June 2022 I manage to settle my debts. I received my settlement letter whrreby the attorneys advised they will request for Capitec to remove the Judgment. It's more them a year later and Capitec Bank yet to remove my Judgment and prevent me from progressing in life.3 replies
