Want to thank Mr George Badenhrst for attending to my complain and apologizing on behalf of his employees the manager also apologized and offered me something to drink while waiting for my order the service was excellent can the service be like that at all time an not only when complains occurs
We are being ****** here a person requests a bolt that gives you the amount of R31 or R35 for e. g when you get to your destination the price is up
Friendly staff food on point, the rooms nice and clean... Thanks for the warm welcome keep up with the excellent service
The service is bad and my bill was closed twice with my points and by cash manager was there but she could not handle the situation and they were irritated when I asked about if I can't get my cash payment back so I just left it as I felt I'm speaking alone the service pathetic waiters will just pass you even when restaurant is empty
