I am extremely disappointed with this repairer. My car has been with them for over 3 weeks, yet there has been almost no meaningful progress. Every time I call, I’m told the car is “fixed” and only a mag wheel is outstanding. However, when I inspect the vehicle, it’s a completely different story. The car is still not straightened, not painted, and looks largely untouched apart from a control arm replacement. This is misleading and unacceptable. The constant false updates have caused serious inconvenience and left me with no clear timeline for completion. At this rate, it feels like my car will be stuck there for months. I would not recommend this repairer to anyone due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and delays.
I am very disappointed with the service. My car has been at the approved repairer for 3 weeks with little progress. It is still not straightened or painted — only a control arm seems to have been replaced. The repairer keeps saying the car is almost done and only the mag is outstanding, but when I inspect it, this is clearly not true. I reported this to Budget Insurance and was promised feedback within 24 hours. When I followed up, they repeated the same incorrect update from the repairer without verifying it. When I asked for escalation, I was transferred to another consultant who repeated questions and told me to contact the repairer again. This is not a resolution. There is poor communication, no accountability, and no urgency in handling my claim.
Eskom Cape Town. I submitter a new application. They took 3 months to guve a quote nunber. I paid the quote. They went numb everytime I call they ask if I didnt received any communication. They say material for my connection was picket up from their store yet the material is no where to be found. Material is missing in action. They dont have anyone to instal the electricity. I must wait until they find someone to perform the service.
NO NOT USE THEM. Go to another car rental company!!! Europcar will do their best to eat up your deposit!!!. They charged me for a flat fine admin fee of R400 for a fine that was reduced to R400 by Municipality just to send an email to the city of cape town to reroute fine to me. U will pay more to Uuripcar than u will pay for the fine itself. They tell me the charge is for admin that they incure to give my information to the city ,audit the fine and scan the fine. The municipality sends a fine electronic, its a lie that they scan an already electronic document.

My car never had issues and NTT didnt notice any issue during seevice. I took my car for repairs under warranty. They sent invoice to warranty then sent another invoice for R12 thousand to me. I said I dont have money and they said that was a mistake that actual invoice is R5 thousand. I called warranty and confirmed they NTT is dishonest, the warranty had approved the whole amount and the additional amount added by NTT was misleading. Do not even try them

I took a car in in tuesday. A week later Innovation has not approved the claim. Do not buy warranty with innovation you will regret it. If you have one cancell it and get a reliable insurer
Delays in approval of claim.I booked car in for repairs on the 18th, the dealership submitted a claim. By the 20th the claim was still not approved. I need the car for transport innovation is taking too long to approve the claim
They have good funeral cover peoducts to lure you to join. After taking your money the cover will collapse and claim they sent sms. They will call you to reinstate cover again. So that they could do same, take money without actual cover.
The call center is number is mostly not working branch number doesn't get answered, cannot reach driver and importantly, unwill never receive your goods
