very unhappy as our account was suspended due to R10.50 outstanding which we were not notified about when we upgraded and payments are done via debit order, have been a client for 15 years. after 24 hours that we paid the R10.50 we are still struggling to get services reconnected. all they can say is sorry, I need our phones reconnected asap, they were supposed to debit the full amount. Call center staff is also not very helpful!
Placed my order 3 days in advance to ensure everything is on time, firstly my order was delivered at company closing time late afternoon and the cherry on top the delivery was an incorrect parcel! Will never use them again!
POOR SERVICE FROM MIFA, I Cannot submit my efiling to Sars! I need a new directive from Mifa..they dont reply to emails and when you call them they are always busy with it, but nothing happens!! I have been calling and sending emails without any success!!
