Unwilling to explain why or how they gave out awards and misled customers and just deletes comments.****** a day ago Removed Nice Anyone who dares not agree Mybroadband just removes the comments gone are the days of using MyBroadband as a trusted source. ********* 2 days ago Removed Absolute Joke. Have not had a single days worth of internet in 3 months, pretty sure I am paying Afrihost to send me invoices and to apologise because that is all they are capable of providing. Numerous support tickets logged, Not one follow up, I have to follow up and then I have start the process from scratch. Everywhere that is not mybroadband the comments are rampant of unsatisfied customers. Makes one wonder how these award are assigned as I feel misled I made my decision based on this supposed award.
3 months since order placed. I have not had a single second of internet yet they keep on requiring me to pay. They do not follow up on tickets, each new customer care agent want to trouble shoot the issue from square 1. Meaning I have had the same discussion 100 times. Does afrihost realize they aren't the only providers and we can just move to different isp? My broadband really just gives those awards away to anyone went with afrihost based on their praise and rewards given but lessons learned.
