Listen everyone that will see this review, if you have an product with this company just cancel it. this is the worst most useless company i have ever had to deral with the agents do not even know how to speak to you. they drop call and chats in your ear. I paid my fibre instead of my fibre working, i get an email saying my order for a new fibre installation has been placed. mind you i have to work. this happens every month. I try to connect to their livechat on whats app, its taking me 2 days just to get connected to them, i call them im on the line waiting i dont get transfered to anyone. The first lady i get connected to on livechat she just says my issue is escalalated then closes the chat her name is Nancy M, the second guy Leon tells me he will transfer me and that was it. its now day 3 i am still trying to get connected to this company mind you i paid the R549

I’m writing this review with a genuine smile on my face after receiving outstanding service from Aunty Paula Booysen at the Lewis Eldorado Park branch. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she made me feel like a truly valued customer and went out of her way to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her professionalism and warm attitude made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Kudos to her excellent work. I honestly wish more major retail outlets and service-based companies had employees like her. I highly recommend that anyone visiting this specific Lewis store ask for Paula Booysens — you definitely will not regret it.
Please cancel my service with immediate effect I do not want any stories I am not going to explain why because I have been escalating my frustration for 3 weeks now with no resolution or responses.
Vumatel, I think I have reached my limit with you guys now, 3 weeks same issue of not having internet but I have fibre installed and fully paid, I have to buy data everyday but i have fibre installed, what is that? I would like to please ask you guys to schedule an appointment to please send your technicians to please come an uninstall your fibre and take back your stuff and please cancel me from your service i want nothing to do with you guys anymore, Il shop around for competition that cares
Guys Please next time think about our health and safety please I had a packet of snappers and it tastes disgustingly like oil, the snappers is fresh but tastes like oil and even smells like oil. Pity this site is unable to allow me to post pictures of it but I would like to. My kids love them and i am really concerned as it means I do not even know what kind of quality they consume at times from Frimax. I am not trying to bash the company brand but please guys we take our health seriously.
I am just tired of writing long complains and getting myself worked up can you guys please just speed up the process with fixing my connection I pay alot of money for it, Why is it always easy for service providers to take peoples money but so difficult to fix and help with what they paying for
I am sharing this with the greatest regret of joining this company service really, The people is inconsiderate, the service is level 1 like I am with the company on fibre for not even a full month I have been debited twice total over R600 but I am unable to use this fibre right now its cut off and when I reach out the support people is not helpful I am just being told a call has been logged it will take up to 48 hours nothing more. I work from home but his service is bad even when its on the speed is just not good at all for close to R600 this is the kind of service you guys render to your consumers same like multichoice and see where they are now
