I have paid my account on the Capitec app directly to Creditworx on the 29th September yet I get numerous calls per day that I should pay my account. My last payment took 2 days to reflect and now it's been almost 3 weeks. The consultants who phone are so useless and can't give me an answer on why it's not reflecting. Can someone please call me about this matter.
I paid my account on the 1st of July and mid month my connection was disconnected. I've sent a statement as proof of payment since my bank doesn't allow me to print POP. I can't go to the bank it's 120km away from. This is the worse service from a service provider ever. Someone assisted and connected my subscription but it was disconnected again.
