This business nor this credit provider doesn't treat their clients right...I'm getting frustrated because I'm still waiting for their feedback no one is responding me back.I sent two emails with no response...the last time I waited for the whole 2years so I'm gonna wait for another years to get the feedback...my father is late and had a personal loan with direct axis so now they had over the account to attorney's I still don't understand
My late father took a loan with DirectAxis many years ago. Since his passing, our family has been under a lot of stress dealing with this matter. What is hurting us the most is the way we are being pressured and threatened regarding the outstanding balance. We have been told that we could be taken to court and even forced to sell our family home to settle the debt. As a grieving family, this experience has been emotionally overwhelming and frightening. We understand that companies have procedures to follow, but we believe customers and their families should still be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect during difficult times like these. We are asking DirectAxis to handle this matter fairly and communicate with us in a humane and professional manner instead of making us feel intimidated. We hope the company can assist us in finding a reasonable and respectful solution.
Bad service always 🤬🤬🤬 Can the business please train thabong branch staff better and every time I go there I always experience bad service and they always give me short information about product I always enquire about.... Today I went there to get the funeral documentation but nobody assisted me and their customer service is very bad
I am a very angry customer😡😡😡 I bought Tissoli brand of pots last year and no one told us how long is the warranty so now the problem I'm facing is that all the pots lids are broken I mean all of them I then tried calling game Vaal mall where I bought them,,,they told me I'm out of warranty.... To think the money I spent for that brand only being told bull**** were they don't do their job by explaining to customers of warranties I'm very disappointed and will never buy at game anymore 😏😏😏

If it was possible I would not even give old mutual a rating at all,, I'm so furious and sometimes being nice and calm to consultants they take advantage... My father has been a client with old mutual for so long and trusted with the investment he had with them so now after his passing we are struggling with the claim last year around October 2023 my mother and I went to old mutual thabong branch to do the claim okay we were then helped by a consultant named xolani sibeko he went to my father's profile and said the investment had no beneficiary for us to claim the money,,, the requirements needed for us to claim is that they need a letter of authority to proceed, if assets worth more than R250 000 we then have to get a lawyer he then said to us that he has a lawyer named nyamande for us to call and assist us to my surprise since when old mutual consultants refer clients nor claimants to their lawyers??if we delay the money will forfeit Okay fine we then left with my mother the second time we went there we were assisted by another consultant named themba, he then said they need an estate account for the money to be transferred and everything we go there they always give us different information regarding the process of the claim like u don't even know which information is right we've been going back and forth with different stories and I think It was the 3rd on the 13th of December when I had all the documents required to go submit I was told by lebohang that they will communicate with me it's either via email or sms since then I've been waiting with no answer for about 3weeks until I went to make a follow up that we need to fill a form for "death claim form for old mutual wealth retirement income" I remember well it was another lady by the name of sibongile saying to us that they deal with different products this one I'm making a follow up on she doesn't know it to a point were they printed a form for us to fill on our own,,, the forms are being forward till this day the 17/01/2024 there's no communication with me and I'm the claimant there's no even a reference for us to track the process of the claim I'm so disappointed and angry with old mutual people
I was in shoprite evaton today I purchased using wi-code to pay they refused to assist me because my transaction was not approved while my money was been deducted their service very bad
