Absolutely shocking service from Openserve. Our fibre fault was reported on 14 May and it has taken an entire week just for technicians to identify the issue, which turns out to be one of the main lines. Despite identifying the fault, the work still has not been completed. We have now been informed that there is yet another massive delay because infrastructure needs to be ordered, and once again there is absolutely no time frame being provided. Customers are simply being told to “be patient” because Openserve is allegedly short staffed. What exactly are customers paying for if no service is being delivered? We continue paying full price while being left without internet for days on end, with no urgency, no accountability, and no proper communication. Being understaffed is not the customer’s responsibility. A week to identify a fault, followed by indefinite delays with no estimated resolution time, is completely unacceptable from a company responsible for critical infrastructure. The lack of communication, transparency, and urgency from Openserve is beyond frustrating and deeply disappointing.
Poor communication. I haven’t even had the opportunity to purchase anything from this business due to the fact that the communication is so poor. I have waited 2 days for an updated invoice and all communication has been within provided business hours. Once you do receive an invoice, you are politely informed that once ordered, your product will only be shipped 10 days after receiving payment unless you pay an additional fee for apparent customs.
Don’t join this gym. Its a trap and a ****. I cancelled my membership telephonically more than a year ago which the agent said I was able to do, now more than a year ago I am receiving letters of demand stating that I owe the whole year’s total in membership fees. I am constantly being harassed with these letters and I do not have a planet fitness membership and have not set foot near a planet fitness in this time either.
Pick ‘n Pay don’t pay your money back for unfulfilled orders on the ASAP app. I have been waiting since May for one refund. You get told to take it up with the bank however the bank confirms Pnp never released the funds for them to do the refund. Absolutely no one comes back to a person no matter how many calls you make to them or how many emails you send with the proof. Even the bank confirmed Pnp has not paid the money back yet.
One star is too high of a rating for this ******* business. Took a tv in more than a year ago, went in to fetch the tv more than once and it was nowhere to be found. Been a back and forth between insurance, Loot and BCR only to be contacted by a very arrogant “owner” and told that the tv was “destroyed” after 21 days (apparently their policy) yet we have written proof where we were told that the tv has been collected to be returned for the credit note and and and… These people are ***** and full of stories. Avoid taking appliances etc here at all costs. At the end of the call, this “owner” has the decency to say we can get a tv at cost price. Theft case and damage to property pending.
