Poor communication prevented timely payment despite multiple attempts requesting payment assistance.
I paid for my customs long time, but my parcel is still delaying it is stuck on ''accelerated transit" and there is an outfit for a Birthday celebration and a gift. I cannot afford to be late.
They don’t even deserve a star I’m never going to use their service ever, d sad till haven’t received my order since 21 February up until now no communication no nothing 💔💔 I’ve never been this hurt in my life
I ordered on February and still haven’t got my order, I even confirmed my address multiple times and there’s no communication about my order till now I call them and email them everyday but no response 💔 I ordered those clothes for an event it even passed I don’t see myself using their services anymore I’ve been patient enough cause this is not the first time
I ordered from Shein and I've been waiting since Monday to receive my parcel from Buffalo logistics and it is stated that they were returned, I never even got contacted; I paused things that I was suppose to be busy with through out the whole week, till to date I'm still waiting for my order, sad part I can go to labour any day yet I've not received my baby clothes... I'm really not impressed with the poor service I'm receiving.
