I had to the worst experience at this restaurant. They made me pay twice for my meal due to network issues. The manager Sandile advised that he will refund me the next day if he is over (after balancing). One week later he contacted me to advise that he was over by R530 and that he would Refund me. He told me to contact the owner Mike to speed up the refund process. I contacted Mike and he told me that he would refund me. It is now One month later, Mike(The owner) cuts my calls and does not respond to my WhatsApp messages. I am so frustrated with these people
