worse renting company
the worst property rental one can use i would not recommend to anyone they ruin your credit profile when i app**** send pay slip and bank statement i get paid on the 20th they want money on the 1st how am i going to pay on that day they send threatening letter worse they never advise the process of electricity that charges us R35 daily besides electricity worse they don't even respond to any complaints means every month it will be this situation

insane billing
its just sad that i even have to put a start for this service their billing is a **** how can you be billed R1400 a month for water and sewer besides electricity usage you get charged daily R35 they usage of electricity as well this is insane now its been 2 days without electricity there is a fault and we don't get updates food on the fridge is spoiling still you are billed in that process when you don't have electricity i regret moving to that flat

bad service
App**** for flat Jabulani Ekhaya got approved March i paid on the 11th moved in ok signed everything was given banking details but i saw with month to month rent that this is going to be an issue ok the have my pay slip and bank statement i get paid on the 20 now for April am i supposed to pay on the 1st how got threatening mail that was dated the 7th but got it on the 14th saying i need to pay in 7 days they called i told them i will pay on the 20th now i receive sms threatening my credit bureau and summons worse the agent did not advised that electricity is charged daily R38.00 besides buying electricity i spent R1000 paying for daily charges then buy electricity if i knew i would have not taken it but i am there i like the flat theirs services is bad

Wow what a great company i choose i was not happy at my previous rental thought hey let me try this company low deposit Lehlohonolo is a great person her customer service is exceptional i have the vehicle with them for 3 months now wow a service any query i have she is there to assist with no hesitation i would recommend the company to my friends and family and anyone who is looking for rent to buy thank you for your exceptional service keep it up
