My family and I stayed at the one and only sometime back we had a horrible stay for the amount of money that was spent. The then manager gave us a complimentary stay to be utilized at any given time the NOW manager insisting we need to book and a complimentary stay is out of the question...so here I am saying again where is the honor and integrity of one and only...pathetic services
Recently I was afforded the opportunity of visiting the Taj Hotel in Cape Town for 3 nights...from the time we stepped i to the hotel qe were treated like Royalty the staff are warm and accomadating hotel is clean vibrant and luxurious...the breakfast at the mint restaurant was out of this world they had such a huge spread I didn't know what to eat first😂I loved my stay at the Taj...to the Staff keep up the good work 🙏hope to see you soon again
I bought the crumbed boneless chicken it is absolutely processed spongy and dry and **** please people becarful what you buying from dawoods crumbed chicken products
Since the start of this month I have been inundated with calls from Foshini Spam AI automated for a mere R125 which I have long since paid I have counted the calls it amounted to 150 calls😂🤦♂️since the start of April .I would like to ask the head of Foshini why are they harassing me for R125 that too with one call after another this is sick and weird and I am definitely not the only customer whose experiencing this come on guys yourll cannot be that desperate now its pathetic so since I have cut up my card ...yourll lost one valued customer snd yourll going to lose lots more another thing last year I had the same problem...everytime they called me they were billing me R20 for a call and to date this issue is not resolved ...people be aware of this check your statements all the time
They are simply the best and quite efficient and professional and they insurance good and proper
I have been contacted by Iwyze insurance 4 weeks ago by Mr N Phiri he sold me a good insurance for building and car with quite an affordable price so I decided to take it however wheni recieved my policy schedule the said amount was totally different from what Mr Phiri has given me it was actually quite a higher amount...I called iwyze many times thereafter to discuss this I was told he is busy or not available so I left messages for him to call me back...5 weeks later today I made contact with him finally he was taken a back and moe gives mr a totally different story he now needs to check with his manager about certain things so on and he promised to call me back today ar 11.30 it is not 13h42 and I haven't recoeved a call...please be careful of this especially from iWyze
I needed a cartrack certificate for insurance purposes .I spoke to a lady by the name of Zinchle from customer services who said to me she will email it to me she hasn't still emailed so I called again and spike to a man by the of Neo from Customer services he also promised to email it to me and still no certificate 😡its disappointing because every month without fail my debts timeously goes offend here I call the customer services twice for a certificate and they cannot deliver 🤔 what is gojng to happen in the event of me being high jacked??? There is no urgency any more as long as the debits are gojng off...I am making people aware of cartrack they not as efficient nor effective as they claim to be
I recently traveled over seas and have taken out travel insurance with santam , I have had an incident whilst that side and now need to claim or need advice as to how to claim or register a claim but given a roun around nobody seems to care giving me all incorrect information its the 5th day now and my claim is not registered
On Saturday I had a query with my bank which is standard bank I was rudely met by a lady by the name of Thambeka Nene...who point blank refused to assist me I did complain previously and to day nobody from Standard Bank has called me to rectify this situation
Today I went to standard bank raisethorpe to have my 3 bank statements freshly stamped as per visa requirements 2 hours later I was assisted by a lady by the name of thumbeka nene ..2 hours later only to be told standard bank cannot and will not freshly date stamp my bank statements. The level of service i got from this women was appalling there was no client service everything o asked her she tells me she doesn't know. I have been banking with standard back for a long long time and this is the first time I ha e been given this treatment ...so standard bank does not stamp bank statements? So what exactly are we paying service fees for? I challenge any one from standard bank to call me to recifty this issue cos I am really honestly amazed of how unhelpful tandeka nene was
