Appalling customer service

Terrible service!!!!!
I placed an order and till today i am given a run around. From Thursday they "will call me after 5min" till today. Every-time i call i get this line and they never call back!!!! I am utterly disappointed!!!0 replies

Bad Customer service

Disappointed in your customer service!
placed the above mentioned order in the morning and immediately when i realised i chose the incorrect pick up store- i tried to cancel and it was not happening. I dont know how many calls i made to your customer services the whole day today and they kept saying they will cancel. Now 5pm ive just received an sms that the order is ready for collection, how is it ready when i requested for it to be cancelled!!!1 reply

Bad service
The service at courier guy is absolutely appalling! My parcel was picked up yesterday 1 pm but still today now at 7pm its still in JHB!! What is the helll is this??? No assistance from the whatsapp line nor from call centre!!0 replies
