Horrible experience
I am so disappointed in the service I have received especially because I am a regular customer. The technician that did my nails did a terrible job, I haven’t even had my nails for a week but they have already started lifting. None of the nails are the same length, they are all odd lengths. No care was put into my cuticles and the nails job just looks lazy and unprofessional. The acrylic application is bumpy and uneven. It honestly looks like I did my own nails at home (pretty sure I would have done it better) On top of that, my nail technician could not stop complaining about doing my nails and went on about the amount of effort she had to do. Usually I love getting my nails done but this experience was very off putting and I don’t think Boa Beauty will be seeing me again
