UPS claims that I am liable to pay penalties of 5000 rand to retrieve a package that I paid for. I was required to pay customs which I did and sent proof of payment, yet today after so many enquiries I receive an email suggesting that they sent my package which I paid for to USA and I have to pay penalty fees for their fault These people have the worst service ever. ****es me off . NEVER USE UPS ever
I transfered money from my cheque account to savings pocket, which was linked to the business account I had... When I try to transfer the funds back I couldn't and was told I shoukd write a letter attach company documents... Apparently the business account was closed, which is fair. So why was the savings pocked kept open and I have been using it until now. When I transferred, I didn't have to write to anyone. Infact why are the funds not just rejected by the account in the 1st place.
I joined virgin active during a promotion they were running in November, Even after I qualified for 2 months free they still debited my R570, After logging an enquiry I waited only to be told on twitter DM after I again contacted them, that my refund claim was declined
