Evening I paid an amount of R295 when I visited Gold reef city theme park on 02-08-2025 whereas it stated then that it was free entrance for wheelchair users then. Today when I checked they've changed saying from 25-04-2025 where is transparency in all that? I'm requesting my full refund.
They told that people on wheelchairs pay a normal price like everyone else only find out on Google it say its free for people on wheelchairs cause they don't ride on drill rides. I want my refund or they should at least give me half the price of what I paid. The amount is R295:00
I was required to pay a full amount of money R295:00 by word of mouth whereas in their website it clearly stipulates that people with disabilities its free entry for them.
I paid vuma on 23rd of Feb 2025 they're unable to come install my router because there's an existing router under my address of which it was paid by my niece and disconnected months ago. Now I'm being told stories after I paid the subscription fee of R3:99 please assist get a refund or they come install a new router under my name with free installation. Their *********** employees sold lies to me in order to gain a sale.u
Hi I been badly treated by Multichoice choice group, on the 26/03/2023 I phoned their call centre and spoke to their call agent by the of Mbalenhle Xolo who told me that she sees on her side that I qualify for a discount amount of R410:00 for the coming two years. I moved from a normal DSTV compact extra view to a price lock plan. I became alarmed when I checked my account balance which stated that I owed 860:43. So today morning the 07-04-2023 my viewing connection had been disconnected, I even received a confirmation email that my services are active. I just phone them a short while ago and they say my matter is being investigated mean while I'm without the viewing connection. Please assist in this regard. Multichoice reaspes off its customers.
