I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my suitcase, which went missing on 29/11/2024 and was only recently returned to me. Unfortunately, I discovered that my suitcase had been tampered with. Specifically, chocolates were ******, and $100 in cash, which was kept in the pocket of my jeans inside the suitcase, is missing. I have already sent an email to Abebe along with supporting photographs, but I have yet to receive any response. From the outset, this experience has been extremely stressful, and the lack of communication has only added to my frustration. It is disappointing to encounter such issues with a reputable airline. I am also aware that similar incidents have happened to other passengers, further highlighting a need for immediate attention to such matters. I kindly request a resolution to this issue. Specifically, I would like compensation for the missing items and a formal acknowledgment of this matter. As this was my first time flying with Ethiopian Airlines, this experience has significantly undermined my confidence in your services.
Unfair treatment. I am seeking immediate assistance regarding a missed flight and concerns about the handling of my luggage. Despite having all my paperwork in order, arriving on time, and following all check-in procedures, I was denied boarding due to an issue caused by an employee at the kiosk. My suitcase was checked in and has already departed, leaving me stranded. I am now deeply concerned about the safety of my belongings and fear they may be compromised. As a foreigner, navigating such situations can be especially challenging. Securing the necessary documentation to work or live here is already difficult, and encountering discriminatory attitudes only adds to the frustration. It is disappointing to experience this kind of treatment, particularly in such a critical environment as an airport.

I placed my order at 08:04am, and it was supposed to arrive at 8:25am, the latest at 08:40am. I decided to call the driver, Fostino . LL60SP GP, on +27872406970 at 09:00am. At 09:14am, he told me to send him my delivery address on his personal number, 0710648914. Which I did; the time was now 09:21 a.m. I finally decided to cancel the order at 10 a.m. I now have to wait for my refund for 3 to 4 days or more. I ordered breakfast; this is not the first time. I want my food and my money back. This is ridiculous.
My products were delived the next day, in perfect condition. I bought 60 Abuja Mix Capsules + 60 Yodi Pills + 100 ml Weight Gain Syrup. Amazing products, I'm a person who struggles with appetite, and I saw these products, so I decided to try them out. I must say I'm very happy with them. I will buy more and it did what it say it will do. Thank you Takealot. #BlackFriday.
This review is for Heidi Stevens, citizenship section. Barrack Street Office Cape Town She has been ignoring my emails. I wanted to apply for citizenship, so I went to Home Affairs and got all the necessary documents to send them off to Pretoria to verify my documents are legit. I do not mind the process; I app**** in 2019 before COVID. When COVID hit the entire world, everything came to a stop. When the offices of home affairs opened, I went there, and they told me to wait because Heidi Stevens was not in. I waited for about a month before I went back to her. First impression since the last time I saw her before COVID, the attention, and she has a way to make you inferior. She looks at me up and down and says, Do you think the figure prints and documents were to verify your documents are legit? because when you apply for citizenship, you will have to pay a fee of R400. I said no problem, because I remember before I got the permanent residency, my mother app**** for my travel document at Refugee Home Affairs, and we paid R400, but till date I have never received a travel document. My first email: Email: 16/11/2022 at 15:46 Please, I need your assistance. For my P/R Verification with my documents, I traveled to the Department of Home Affairs in Cape Town at 56 Barrack St., Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town, 8000. I was informed that it would take six to twelve months after they were all sent on 10/10/2029. But COVID-19 occurred, and I was unable to check on it. When the Department of Home Affairs in Cape Town opened, I went there and was greeted by the same person who helped me on October 10, 2029, who advised me to return because the department was not yet open. When I returned today, I discovered the person had left for lunch. Someone told me to phone the number listed on the website and request to be connected with the citizenship office. I followed those instructions exactly, but when I dialed 021-468-4500, no one picked up the phone. I also tried 021-468-4541, 40, 01, 12, and 19 without success. I even phoned the 888-601-1190 customer care line. I spent around nine minutes on the phone. She responded: Email: 17/11/2022 14:18 Dear Ms Nahimana The pr verification is not finalized yet , you can also send a email to [email protected] for a follow up. You attach copies of your id , permanent residence cert and passport to the mail and write that it is for Naturalization. Kind regards Heidi Stevens Citizenship section Barrack street Office Cape Town. All want is to know about the my P/R Verification so I can apply for my citizenship, it's been 3 years im not counting 2019 when I app****. For someone who works with people everyday she is not friendly at all. I did say in my email that '' And even as I'm composing this email, I have a feeling that you're going to make it difficult for me to submit my application.'' This is what they do to make you suffer they will delay your process. I have heared and seen it with Refugie's home affairs. Second Lost Email sent: 14/12/2022 Good morning Nothing back yet. Regards Heidi Stevens Citizenship section Barrack street Office Cape Town Lost email from her before started ignoring me: 09/02/2023: Good morning The pr verification is not ready yet , please send the mail to the email address I forward you last time. Kind regards Heidi Stevens Citizenship section Barrack street Office Cape Town The Department of Home Affairs is not bad but the workers and not all of them, what is funny whenever I will go to home affairs my mother will always say ''I pray you get someone who is nice to assist you'' It's heartbreaking how we are treated because we from another countries really. To make it worse if you do not know english well omg you are in trouble, my mother did face those challengers. If I say I'm furious it is understament.
The worst bus ever is this one. I traveled from Johannesburg by bus. Given the state of the bus, the pricing is absurd; my youngster paid the full amount. It was a deception to say that the bus should arrive at 18:00. The bus pulled up at 19:00. I was unable to determine which line people cut in front of and which line they boarded first. Remember that I put my 5-year-old child on top and had her board the bus. At 19:30, the bus pulled away with the window ajar. A man seated behind me was able to close it because I was unable to do it. We felt as though we were in a freezer on the bus since it was so cold, and no one came over to see how we were doing. Twice, the gaps were so brief that the bus almost missed someone, and the driver yelled at us for failing to report their disappearance. That is their responsibility, not the passenger's. The bus's bathroom situation was abhorrent, repulsive, and terrible. I couldn't stop scratching. I'd like to receive compensation for the horrible experience my child and I had on the bus. We now both have colds: me and my kid. No human being should be traveling in such conditions, thus I want the buses to be checked out or looked into.
This house agent Jonathan Goff , he is the worst I have come across. He wasted the whole month of June plus last month when I told him we need to move out on the 1st of July but he chose who to see the place. We sent all documents he requested but he will never respond to you on email or WhatsApp. I sent follow ups but nothing, what makes me so angry he wasted my time while he knew from the start that he will not approve us to move in, my mother and I wasted money on making copies on documents he did not care to check. He drove off and left people who he told they should come for viewing, he even refused to pick up his phone. His excuse I’m busy when you check he is online on WhatsApp. I feel like he has his own people he chose to accept. He is the waste house agent no wonder sakabula flat is still empty no one is moving in because of having house agent like Jonathan Goff.
The worst customer service I’ve ever received from krypton via chat, they customer service agent will take 3-4 minutes to reply with half sentence. I have ask for someone to send out to fix the internet all they can say we have logged a ticket. I have asked to speak to a manager but nothing. They Wi-Fi went up on price but they customer service sucks
