I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the level of service provided by Tymebank, particularly in response to the urgent issue of a debit hold on my account. . Acc: 51062240270 Neo Mo***eng Despite completing all required authentication processes and diligently following instructions by calling back as instructed, my account remains on debit hold. NB: I was assured this will be resolved within 24 hours........... What exacerbates the situation is the difficulty in reaching your customer service agents via telephone. Not only does it consume an exorbitant amount of credit airtime for calls, but also the promised call backs have not materialized. This lack of communication and assistance from your end is utterly unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Tymebank, especially in handling urgent matters such as this. I urgently request that you rectify this issue immediately and release the debit hold on my account.
