Hello Peter. I have switch from Nedbank to FNB, including my home bond, with the promise that I would receive 60 000 e bucks. Because of switching from one bank to another my first installment went off my old Nedbank account. This was rectified and there after my installments went off my new FNB account. FNB however, does not want to pay out my promised e bucks because of this. For me, this is unfair play. My private banker tried to rectify the mis understanding to no avail. I am not unhappy with FNB as a bank, but with regards to my promised e bucks it leaves a sour taste in my mouth!
I got my rooter and sim delivered @ 8h00 on 10 March and Rica'd immediately. I was told that the sim would be activated in 2 hours' time and that I would receive a sms. It is now 15 March, 17h08. Still no internet. This after three phone calls emails and complaining on the app. Though friendly on the phone, none of the promises had any affect. The emails give me a response such as "thank you for contacting Rain. We will get back to you, Tjeers"... Tjeers? I am not drinking something. In my last email I said that I am going to cancel the contract if I do not have email today. This is bad , because my daughter, as a first year university student, needs internet urgently...
