Sassa is useless as well as ******. There service portal is not helpful at all. A certified copy of my ID as well as a sworn affidavit is not good enough as proof of life. I am a 68 year old male with serious health issues yet I am expected to go and stand in long ques.0 replies

Shoddy service from Sassa.
My sassa Ref. No is ***.I applied for an Older Persons Grant on 11th November 2022.All I am getting is more and more requests for more documents. I have already supplied sassa with 18 documents that they requested. I don't know what more they want from me. I am beginning to think that they are discriminating against me because of race. This process has been going on for just short of 4 months.1 reply
