I've mostly dealt with the Somerset Mall 2 branch. Sometimes the pricing can be a bit inflated, but with now my second warranty replacement going over so painlessly it's worth it. Also quite willing to go out of their way and special order items if you ask.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Decent pricing for gaming packages and hardware. They do have a generator as well so a good spot to spend a 4 hour loadshedding :)
<div>Would give 0 stars if I could. The company takes advantage of estate developers, establishing exclusive use of fibre infrastructure. This sole provider situation has enabled them to charge far above market rate for their internet service, whilst simultaneously providing incredibly poor service and support. There is no proactive communication around outages or issues and they will leave an entire area down over a weekend if the fault occurs after hours on a friday. I've been with them at two location with similar experiences, and I have spent over a year and a half fighting their support staff to even have my problem acknowledged despite the many logs and documents I provided to them. They have since deleted this support ticket and when I asked about it their response was that I had bought a "ferrari" in their service and the servers I have trouble with are dirt roads breaking the suspension on my "ferrari". Two of the servers that they call dirt roads are owned by Riot games, who have the most stable servers of any online game. When I once again proved that the issue only existed within their network they told me to "just cancel the service" knowing full well there is no alternative. In addition to the service being poor and the support being arrogant, there is fine print that includes a R2000 installation fee in addition to your monthly rate, but if you cancel early they will charge an additional R2000 installation fee. R4000 for an installation regardless of existing infrastructure is incredibly steep for this type of product, especially given they're not selling you the router they install, these fees are purely for their admin of clicking a button to enable the internet access. Crisp Fibre knows their clients don't have any choice and it shows. They don't care and don't even try to earn customers. If they are provider in your complex I recommend grabbing an LTE modem and moving out when you can.</div>
Great Atmosphere. Great Service, Amazing focacia, Perfect calzone. Don't order the pimms though, unless you want a shot of bitters.
