Issues and concerns were not resolved
Pretor Group doesn’t care about owners complaints or concerns, I had laid a complaint and they don’t give feedback nor do they update you of any details, I personally thought they would do better by addressing issues that concern tenants or owners. I’m from wonderboom south and I would not recommend them, they are negligence of their clients and it’s sad. All they do is just drag the matter even when proof is there!

Exceptional service!!!!
I would like to share a beautiful and wonderful experience I had with Candice Leyds. She was very eager to assist me even when it took us longer than anticipated, she was very patient, thoughtful, and listening with a clear mind without making hasty decisions. She even made my premium to have a discount. She's one of the best momentum company has got!!! She deserves a raise for good customer skills, because she presents Momentum Insure the best way.

Best Experience
I am above happy that I am with Momentum insurer. Great services, no hold up with claims and assist in a much quicker way from Akani, Keku, Percy and Dan from Insrap. I would choose momentum any day at any time!!!

Howler Ticket Issuing
My experience with Howler was exceptional and best, I was struggling with issuing my ticket for changes on it and Nompumelelo N helped me through the whole process till it was done. She was the best and I hope this review will help her with any achievements coming her way at work.

Worst customer service ever
I mostly do online shopping and receive my parcels with Woolworths Zambezi junction. When items are not in your order they don’t notify you, you realise when you’re home unpacking that certain things aren’t there and the other thing is that they mixed up my orders instead of giving me what I ordered they gave me the wrong items! I am never shopping with Woolworths online I would rather be in shop and deal with them in person! Also when they have ti refund you back your money of items not in stock they don’t!!! I am seriously going to lay a charge on this
