I placed an order on 16 March 2026 with a stated lead time of 4–8 weeks. That timeframe has now passed. While payment was confirmed early on, communication regarding progress and delivery has been inconsistent and often delayed. From 8 April onwards, I repeatedly followed up requesting updates but did not receive clear or timely responses, and was instead redirected multiple times between contact numbers. On 19 May, after weeks of limited communication, I visited the premises in person to request an update or cancellation due to the elapsed lead time and lack of clarity. I was informed that an update could only be provided later due to staff being off-site. During my visit, I observed other customers arriving at the premises who also appeared to be seeking updates on their orders as well. While I understand that production timelines can shift, the main issue has been the lack of proactive communication and difficulty obtaining clear status updates, as well as being unable to reach anyone for extended periods. At this stage, I am awaiting resolution and clarity on whether the order will be fulfilled or refunded. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this business.
I registered with Rosebank back in 2020 and it has just been constant problems with them since the start. When I intitially signed up for my degree they had signed me up for the BBA Degree (BBA312) then 2 weeks later they decided to update the degree and modules but instead of just updating me to the new modules they insisted I remain on the BBA Degree BBA312 and now every semester I need to fight and chase them to get myself registered with the 'phased-out' modules and then I have to pay a registration fee but get no assistance or guidance! I have called and emailed and get zero assistance or I just get shifted to another department. Its sad when the registration process is more difficult and frustrating then the actual degree!
