"As Metropolitan we strive in providing excellent service to all our clients" this is what Metropolitan promise to us their clients, but its a lie. Hulle smeer jam om jou mond met die K...K slogan. I submitted a partially withdrawal on my investment on 13 February 2024. I had to call them time and again to ask when my money is going to be paid into my account. On 16/02/2024 and 23/02/2024 follow-up again, I have been told they experience system problem which is none of my business. Admin problems or technical problems got nothing to do with me, I've told them. Today 28/02/2024 I had to do yet another follow-up and my claim has been re-prosessed. This is really dissatisfied, they Ignoring customer feedback, Asking me to repeat same info time and time again, and Absconding their responsibilities. I requested to speak to their managers and I am still awaiting a phone call from him/her.
Good day I want to express my dissatisfaction in relation to a policy, as per the attachments, I cancelled 07/01/2024. This policy was cancelled due to the facts stated in the cancellation letter and also due to the potential financial inconvenience it would have caused in the critical month, and it did, due to poor work ethic. It was precisely cancelled with the view that the deduction should not go off, yet it did. Client service did not bother or care, in my view and it’s a fact, even to have a look at their emails, because after the date of cancellation I did not get any feedback from them except for an automated feedback. Given the timeframe from the date of my submission of the cancellation 07/01/2024 and the follow-up date 18/01/2024 I had to do, it is very clear and proven that it was not taken seriously. This was shown again today 22/01/2024 when I had to do another follow up because the money was not refunded, the first consultant explain they are working on it and it was sent to refund department, 8 minutes I called again to vow my dissatisfaction, I spoke with another. This one gave me another story to say that the bank statement I submitted did not contain my name. I’ve explain to her that the bank account from which Metropolitan deducted my money is the same bank account number I submitted 18/01/2024, and that I have just been verified, it does not make sense. The client service I received from Metropolitan is one of the worse, there is no consistency in work ethic, Failing to meet deadlines, Lack of empathy, Long wait times in relation to refund which ultimate show Bad refund policy and Ignoring customer feedback.
I app**** yesterday 20.11.2023 for a loan and was promised that everything would be finalized by today 21.11.2023 @ 16:30, but nothing was done. This is terrible service. I won't encourage anyone to make use of this company on any given day
