Worst online experience ever
Poor poor service stay away!! Bought whiskey online on 19 May 2023. After numerous emails and a personal visit to Makro Cape Gate ( management refused to see me) item not yet been delivered. Makro Satisfaction Survey - ID ***: I was actually asked what I think of their non exited customer service??3 replies
