On the 26 May 2026 at 18h25 ,me and my family walked into Mugg and Bean Kenilworth centre branch with no acknowledgement from the staff around .No Manager in sight Then my wife went to a staff member for assistance and was told they close. The board on the door states that they close at 19h30 Monday to Friday.
On the 1 May 2026 I show in my garden that water was flowing from my stop tap lid in my garden. I opened it and the water was spraying out. I contacted Standard Bank home loan insurance the devision that deals with house emergencies. I told the lady the problem. Some time later I got a call from the plumbing company that Standard Bank use to repair the leaking pipe. Later the plumbers came to look at the problem and took photos and communicated with their office all on what's apps I think. The plumber told me he can't switch off the water by the municipality stop meter and have informed his office and the water will be turned off later that day or tomorrow then they will repair the pipe. A few hours later I had no correspondence from Standard Bank insurance neither the plumbing company. I phoned again Standard Bank insurance and asked the lady what is the way forward I am loosing water and my account will be high. She said she will contact the plumbing company. A few hours later no correspondence from Standard Bank insurance and neither the plumbing company. I phoned again Standard Bank insurance to find out the way forward. Then this lady told me she spoke to the plumbing company that told her that I must phone the municipality to turn-off the water . WHY AFTER ALL THESE HOURS DO I ONLY GETBTHIS INFORMATION. THE PLUMBERS COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN THEY WERE HERE AT MY PLACE. THEN THE STANDARD BANK INSURANCE COMPANY LADY ASKED ME "CAN YOU TURN OFF THE WATER BY THE STOP TAP."
Refuse to repair or replace my Defy microwave I bought on the 2 June 2024. According to the Game customer service consultant said Their service provider Defy don't want to repair it because of roach infestation. This is bad service. Why didn't the sales consultant tell us that they don't repair if it breaks because of roach infestation. This sales consultant even sold an extended warranty for 3 years which will expire in 2029 which is useless for me now. Now I have a 11 month old microwave paid for R1499.00 plus extended warranty worth R249.00 which is all useless to me.
This morning like many times I go shop Spar Pepper square/station rd observatory. Time 07h53 29 Feb 2024.There is this one security guard that follows me around all the time and he makes it clear he is following me.Cant he do it more proffessional or discrete . I spoke to the White manager then he told me in a professional manner he will handle it .Then a African Manager walked pass and told me it's my consions if I don't do anything wrong I don't need to worry in a very ubrupt manner. I think that Manager and security guard need to go for professional training
I went to Vodacom canal walk at the bottom floor opposite Edgar's on the 26 th August 2023 between 12hoo and 13h00 to by the A14 Samsung cellphone for R3099. 00 cash as advertised on the internet. The guy at the door was so unhelpful. He told me the price of R3099. 00 was only online so I asked him if he can assist me to do it online and he told me he can't because they are a franchise store. What happened to customer service. It was not like I asked a Vodacom employee to help buy me a MTN product online.
In the 23 Dec 2022 I received an sms to say that R173. 49 will be ducted on the 28 December 2022 but I only pay R115. 00 every month. So I phoned Vodacom immediately and waited for over 20 min on the phone before being help. 09h05 to 09h21 then 09h21 to 0933 then 09h33 to 09h45 36 with the consultant who could not help me all he said was that the extra charges was for the email I told him I did not agree to the charges and then he said he will cancell it immediately but I must still pay it on the 28th of December 2022. This is so unfair to pay for stuff you did not agree to o. He said his team leader will phone me at 11am today the 21 December 2022 it is now the 30 December 2022 and the team leader still did not call me. This is such unfair services from Vodacom
