If I could give them a minus 0 I would. Till this day I have never received proof of me owing them as my account with ABSA was closed. They use scare tactics and threats on top of that they ridiculously inflate prices for accounts that I do not own. No ethics or morals in their work.

City power Johannesburg is the most useless entity and its workers it's been 4 days some block 12 has been without electricity. This is the same company that expects that it must be paid what is due to them, i just threw out R700 worth of meat cause everything is rotten due to no power they don't even compensate yet you must pay their rates my 8 month old baby has been feeding on cold milk since Sunday. I mean what kind of nonsense is this.i don't even know why the government even endorses nonsense from this entity. Worse there are no updates when power will be restored they keep saying it's loadshedding hoe is it even loadshedding when there is no power when there's supposed to be power. Top it all they don't even take our calls. Argh Eskom and City power just employ useless people even they technicians who seem not to know what's going on
I am very disappointed with builders warehouse. A few days ago I searched on the website for a washing machine adapter the saw that builders warehouse has this. I first went to Builders warehouse Glen eagles where I was told they don't have this in stock specifically (Brass fine thread tap adapter), the guy serving was kind enough to search and tell me which stores its available in. I then created an online profile and ordered from Builders warehouse Southgate because on the website it says "Stock available" the store then accepted my order and said I should pick on the 29 of March 2023. Upon arrival to collect I get told that there is no stock. No.1 I wasted bolt money to travel to Southgate why is it was I not informed earlier or called that there was no stock available!. Fine I search the site again. I see it says "Builders Kempton park, Builders Tembisa, and Builders Newmarket" have stock, to demise I find that all three stores have no stock yet on the website it clearly states that stock is available. I went as far as calling your contact center and they confirmed that at Builders Newmarket they have stock!! When I get there I'm told there's no stock and had it not been for one of the guys working in the plumbing that there is no builders that has this that means I would have yet wasted time, money and energy traveling to all builders to not find this. What infuriates me more is that clearly is shows that you guys are not doing your jobs, your falsely advertised things and saying they in stock when clearly there's no such in store. Quite disappointed in the poor service. You really suck!!
Capfin is the worst when it comes to refunds. Last week I settled my loan with them, even made calls to make sure my acc was settled asked for them to remove the debit debicheck mandate yet today they have deducted money for a acc that is already paid up. What's frustrating is that I am told to wait for 2 business days how? when I have accs and bills due today. What I also don't understand is doesn't they're automatically see when a client has paid up their amount and not debit. For some reason they're defrauding and ripping of customers of their money. My advice don't ever borrow or lend money from Capfin. Their consultants are even worse, too many stories and have no idea of what they doing
