URGENT: Outstanding Educational Plan Claim - Immediate Attention Required

I'm writing to express extreme dissatisfaction and frustration at the complete lack of communication regarding my educational plan claim submitted on 26 January 2026 and follow up email sent on the 18th of March 2026. It's unacceptable that I've been left without any update or feedback for so long.For the past three years ive gone through the same issues having to lodge complaints before the claim is finalized. I demand a prompt response regarding the status of my claim and an explanation for this inexcusable delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter further. As the complaints department has ignored my email i will now have to send email to people higher up so i can get the attention that i wan***** a pity that the person who took out the educational plan has passed on and his vision for his kids to get a better education even in his absence is all in vain.

Ridiculous service

This company is unprofessional my delivery was supposed to take place on the 15 Dec till today am waiting I don't have option to reschedule when I called they customer service I was given excuses and no solutions. This is ridiculous service I will never make purchase in the site.

Mickey mouse operation

Am applaud by the I competent service received.I submitted all required documents for global educational claim for my two sons in February I submitted all the required documents. But 5months later am getting email for outstanding documents. The last call I received was recorded by the agent she confirmed that all documents have been received and has finalized the claim. I will recieve proof of payments on. Email. I must say my partner is turning in his grave as he took out this policy so that I don't have stress. However the school fees account has now been handed over. To lawyers due to non payment

Life Policy

On the 03 August 2022 tragic accident took away my life partner , who at the time took a Life insurance with Discovery to take care of our kids when he is no more . The least of my worries where not supposed to be my kids finances but only my emotional healing process which is not happening until this day the is no progress 4 months later , All I am getting its a run around from Nqobane Ngwenya ( Mercer Marsha Benefits ) whom now is referring me to Sibusiso Luvono which I have been trying to get ahold of no luck phone rings un-answered . I believe I have sent through all the required documents they requested from me What else is missing ? Now we in the festive season kids need more Xmas , new school uniform etc. where do I begin to explain it to them that I don't have money or I wont be able to get any of that for them . I need to know what is happening with my claim and I need answers now , Delisile Dlunge *** ( Deceased Ofentje Motshini Chipu *** )
