Just Letting in Midrand has been unable to set out a tenant who has not been paying at my brother's place for a year now.
Note to everybody else, that if someone loses their work and they freeze the contract - the person is still expected to pay 50% of the monthly fees. One can cancel, but then Planet Fitness still expects the months payments upfront for rest of contract. Regardless of whether the person can pay or not, which seems excessive for me as the person needs to find a job again. Note also this was written in regard to a family member and I just found it unfair practice. Plant Fitness stands to have no loss if they just froze it for free for a limited time.
Very poor communications within Discovery - they need to remove a dependant of mine and they seem unable to do so - there are constant e-mails referring to employer needs to action (this came from my employer), what is membership number coming through e-mail (although already stated)
Since I lost my fibre communications Saturday Openserve sent two technicians out Saturday and Sunday. Both did not fix the issue. First technician on Saturday promised to come and fix the fibre early today, seeing as I work from home. Second one did not know about the first guy and when I told him he decided to leave it to the first guy. Needless to say no one has still pitched at my home today and I have been without fibre now for the third day. Asked Afrihost to escalate from their side, but no response so far from OpenServe.
Bought a furniture set with "eco" leather about 2 years ago. It is currently shedding the "eco" leather like snake, only problem there is no skin replacing the previous one.
Site is dead and no one to contact. Placed an order and did the payment last month, have had no feedback...
Great company to do business with. Heard of them on Bosveld radio. Will definitely talk to them to expand my solar system in the future. Our system has been pushing back on the Eskom grid since day one. The sales person Henrico did a great job of explaining and was very professional. The installation team under Charl knew their job and did it with great efficiency. Charl had no hassles answering queries the next day as soon as he got time. They are a bit more expensive than some of the competition, but I do think you get your money's worth.
I must be a glutton for punishment to keep using Takealot. Serious bad delivery, missing one part of package and the other 2 packages of 3 items had to be taken back... one of them I really wanted badly. Seriously! This dude stood with his engine cap up on our pavement because his engine was overheating as well. He didn't know which packages were ours and unpacked everything twice, pretty late delivery as well. I could go on but lets leave it there...
These guys use contractors. After contacting them of suspected breakage during working on the pool. They said I took to long to report it and said they can't honor the work.
