Mweb poor service
Worst service ever. I decided to change from Afrihost service to Mweb after a consultant called me and convinced me that I can get same service and pay less monthly which I accepted. I regret it and I have been without internet for 5 days already trying to get Mweb to activate my service as agreed to with consultant. Their call center is the worse and wasted more than 2 hrs on phone trying to get a agent and all my airtime and still no progress! I want to go back to my original service provider! You can only call after hours until certain time and forget about weekends! I am currently waiting for 20mins already on phone to some background music for an agent to attend to me.
