Calling ABSA PERSONAL LOANS on 0860 100 372 is excruciating!. worst service ever.... I called approximately 4 or 5 times over an hour. For one Someone there answers the call then goes silent until you drop. 2. I was put on hold by another agent for over 10 minutes until my airtime cut. 3. Everytime i called, someone has a technical issue and will transfer me. Then they transfer me right back to the 1 hour voice prompt to start over.
