Worst Rental Agency!
Worst mistake of my life, do not use this agency! Worst experience of my life, to top it off I left and they refuse to give me my deposit and claim they have to repair things I don't even know about.

Very Poor Service Delivery
To whom it may concern, I would not recommend Cartrack. I have been an unhappy client for months with no assistance, I've tried to get a hold of the allocated representative on multiple occasions with no assistance or even a reply. I've attempted the start prevent feature on multiple occasions but yet my bike was able to operate as normal, I've had issues where it was actually taken without consent from my open parking lot and I was unable to track because it was not on or even reach cartrack. The above mentioned representative did not even award the courtesy of explaining anything regarding my subscription. I've sold the motorbike due to theft and safety concerns yet I'm still paying. The unfortunate reality is they are unreachable when it comes to our queries but are quick to call when a payment has bounced. This is a very poor service and I will not be recommending it. I am currently still in the process of canceling my subscription and they are requesting me to pay over 2k for their poor poor service delivery.
