vodacom vodacom vodacom What is your problem?? Why must clients fight with your incompetence, it would seem that you want to loose clients of 24 years & more. You very quick to bill & suspend but your lazy staff are not there for their clients but merely a paycheck for which they do jack **** for anyway. I have been fighting to sort out an issue for a month now. You are costing not only myself but family members additional funds for which was not budgeted for. You owe the client money so credit their account, and stop suspending them, it's that simple. You ask for 7 days to rectify your mistakes so do it then and stop fluffing around. Get the head of accounts to contact your client in this regard, so that this issue can be resolved, not only that but who gives you the right to try take money out of an account without authorization to do on dates that are not even on the debit order(s) Debit dates are there for a reason, adhere to them. Get your **** together as the next correspondence to your incompetence will be a legal letter. Aanyone who is having issues with vodacom, please flood their social media with e-mails. You deserve no stars, not even 1/8 of a star. The only reason you got this 1 star rating is so that a review can be written. Vodacom, you still haven't bothered to sort out your house. This is the 3rd week, that clients are sitting without a phone and to make matters worse you have suspended essential workers, thus jeopardizing their livihoods. Get those lazy......... in P.N.R to do their jobs that they get paid to do. Stop sending automated responses out with New reference numbers when your clients try contact to sort issues out, as that is all that your staff in that department seem to know how to do and do it well. Thus, this situation that you refuse to sort out, has been escalated to the Ombudsman and then will also be further escalated to the goods consumer and then to the media. All you seem to do is know how to rob & ***** from clients. Anyone who is with vodacom I suggest you go through your pay slips, debit accounts and any other payment transaction with a fine-toothed comb. I also suggest you start thinking about either going pay as you go or change providers. Vodacom: Don't try and placate with an automated response to this as your bull**** and hot air stories don't work.
U Save Money Market services provider doesn't even deserve a star let alone a 1/2 star or even a 1/4 star. You only got a star as I needed to write a review. U save - Northern cape - Prieksa To the owners of this particular store, get your **** together. It would seem you love money more than providing a service. Clients pay at money market for a reason, they trust you to pay whomever it is that needs to be paid due to there not being a store and or service provider's office within the area and thus not being able to actually go and pay it directly themselves. It is not up to the client to sort your *********** staff's mistakes out, they don't get paid to fix it. Your staff get paid to do a job - teach them correctly or put them elsewhere where their capabilities are best suited. Should you wish for clients to sort your money market issues out, I suggest you put on your money market till slips: U Save M.M (Money Market) As you have yet to pay a provider a staggering amount - so the choice are as follows: either refund the client so that they can make arrangements to go to a physical store / office and pay the provider themselves, & restore their name, or you physically pay the provider and get this **** sorted and restore the client's name. Your services are subpar at best. Should you not sort this issue out, legal action will be taken.

You provide a non-service service. You expect clients to sort out your financial departments ****, yet you block them. So how do you expect them to sort out your incompetence? You block essential service providers thus jeopardizing their employment. You double invoice and you debit accounts before the debit dates You do not accept bank statements as proof of payments, when clients try speak to your service providers via the call center they are met with hostility. Refuse to refund and assist the client at any turn. Branch managers cannot even read their own statements Get your act together and sort your house out.
De Stalle - Moorreesburg I've booked self catering rooms with Destalle on behalf of clients. Very professional and friendly service. Staff go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed within a homey atmosphere. The rooms are clean, neat and quiet. My clients travel times are not always set in stone especially with check in and check out times that some establishments adhere to and won't budge on. Every occasion that a booking has been made they take into account of the times and thus accommodated to the fullest. I will definitely recommend them and I do recommend them, so if you ever need a place to stay in Moorreesburg - Make them your 1st port of call for accommodation. To the staff at De stalle especially the chef, you know who you are sweet heart. Thank- you so much for all your help.
Definitely my go to college no doubt. Staff are amazing. See you as a person & not just a student number. They understand their students They accommodate you & your needs. Can't wait to start another batch of different courses with them.
CAM is definitely a college l would recommend to anyone who wants to study within the holistic field. I love the fact that they understand that everyone is different & therefore work with you & see you as an individual & not just another student. By doing so, they bring out the best in you. There is always someone to assist you no matter the time of day or night. I hope to continue at a later stage to study further within such an amazing institution, as they have an amazing range of courses, that l would love to continue to do. Thank-you CAM.

Currently studying through them. Completed the 1st course. Busy with another 2. Asked for an extension & was granted as the courses l'm currently doing is taking me a little bit longer to complete than l expected. They work with you & help you achieve your very best.
