This is completely unacceptable, they still have not removed my number off the system!! Still phoning me requesting to speak to VICTORIAA The same person keeps phoning me , does she not perhaps have a memory ? I keep recognizing her voice , i keep asking her are you phoning from home choice ? How can she not do anything about this ? I am Zania-This has been my number for 30+ years fica and rica. homechoice your system is failing tegnology
Miway Whatsapp Chat Employee Thapelo Tlaka , should go for re-training. He does not understand English very clearly, and he struggles to read and comprehend as per customer requests. he further does not attend any urgency to his clients , I requested Invoices , after being on the phone for longer then an hour he still failed to send me the documents as requested. I requested him to get a manager to assist him , his reply was , Can I call you! I only need 3 separate invoices , to be sent.
I am really annoyed and irritated with this company and their system. This has been going on for more than 2 years! I receive 2-3 calls a week from their different numbers! They keep phoning me asking me if they are speaking to VICTORIA. On several occasions I have requested them to remove my cellphone number off their system. They just keep phoning me. I have gotten to a point that I know these ladies voices, asking them if they are Victoria! This system they are using that provides contact details are useless! I am so irritated with home choice system! This is unprofessional This shouts out uneducated This is ********* This is such a waste of money!
Fast Call back to resolve my issue I was experiencing with information outdated on the system. We resolved it under 2 minutes .
I have been with FNB over 25 years , but I really think its time to move our banking services to another provider, Fnb has taken 4 weeks to open a minor account It has cost me 4 phone calls longer then 20 minutes to get this service active , the consultant said that after they receive the fica documents I will receive an email to confirm receival of documents , then I HAVE TO PHONE AGAIN TO ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT. What nonsense is this , The consultant should phone me isn't it ? This seems to be a profit organization and no longer an service banking provider , This is so unacceptable Now I need to contact the agents again to verify my card details , when I already tried online and no such option exists online/ or on the app.

I Have had my 4 rabbits for 5 years , they are my children and really pay strange amounts for their health safety and food. On 4th October 2024 , I had a emergency where by I rushed from Middelburg Mpumalanga at 1 in the early morning Hours to Valley Farm 24H emergency hospital . I have previously not received such bad service from them, and I think this time they are failing ! Yes They are expensive, but this gives one hope that your baby is in good hands (I would do strange things for my bunny babies) My Dwarf bunny was admitted for GI-Stasis (stopped eating and drinking ) Instead of getting specialized savvy vet , They continued to try and medicate and stabilize her by unfortunate the wrong means (savvy Vets would know why) Medications don't fix the gut but syringe feeding and hydration does. Unfortunately at 6 that morning the bun passed ! And Glucose level spiked to 29 (that can tell a whole story of abdominal obstruction due to prokinetic medications administered. Instead of just Syringe feeding and iv & Sq Fluids. I made terms in a very difficult way , but then informed The Doctor that the other 2 bunnies at home are on the same direction as my Bunny I took to get admitted. Now not trusting the hospital emergency staff . I immediately started requesting Specialized Dr to view the case and assist me , on the current stabilizing methods I am using. Since 04 October 2024 up and till now 8 October 2024 @17.44 no Dr nor management nor any Specialized vet or Rabbit savvy Vet has got into contact with me regarding the other 2 ill bunnies at home. And treatment plan/s This seams like no 24 hour hospital emergency service they are giving! Is this how it should be dealt with ? I mean , the other 2 bunnies could have passed , but I'm syringe feeding them on the hour and giving them subcutaneous liquids , that I had to learn in a short while other wise I would of lost them too.... I need Answers , And I need them to apologize for not living up to their STANDARDS as per their email "teamwork professionalism commitment respect "
This is the most pathetic service i have received ! And there after even more terrible after complaining and returning products for the 3rd time! They just treat you worst after complaining I returned the 1st tumble dryer machine due to misalignment of the drum after they sent there specialists to repair it 3 times in a row! There after i returned for a credit , I had to purchase another machine in store due to my credit , so i paid in R3500 for a 5 in 1 machine which was another floor item that i returned the following day due to loud unbearable noises! So i went and returned the machine by my self because they 1st wanted to send a repair guy(what nonsense is this) Brand new machine being worked on…? So i requested a full refund and decided to rather buy online due to poor quality machines and bad after sales service ! Oh gosh now it even became worst! I ordered the 3 rd of December 2022 And had to follow up by myself in January the 5th And the manager Esta was so unprofessional trying to make up time and stories about who is at wrong and who not after i only wanted my machine and didnt want small talk!! So the delivery guys came on the 7thJanuary Only to find its not the machine inordered Its now the 18th January and still i have to follow up , because they dont come back to me with answers or delivery dates!! And today they made the best excuse ever 😡 The machine isn’t manufactured anylonger ! What a load of lies i just webt online and saw that the machine they have shows availability and stock!!! This is a joke! I dont want stories I dont want refunds I WANT MY MACHINE AS DISPLAYED ON THE ONLINE ADVERTI*****T AND AS ORDERED and paid for!! And i want them to collect this machine they wrongfully delivered asap And now they want Now weeks later i stil
